First: Please make sure you have installed the newest version of Flash Player. Get it from here:
http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
After you install it you may have to restart your browser.
This solves the majority of the problems (like a white square instead of a video playing).

Subject: Microsoft Internet Explorer.
I love your site! I use Google chrome and works great but when I try the MS explorer I see a blank empty space instead of video. Can you help me?
Thanks!
Christina

Hi Christina.
We are familiar with the problem. You’ll need to go to Adobe.com and istall the current Flash player. It’s free. This solves 99% of the problems. The rest is configuration of the explorer’s settings.
It happens especially if you upgrade to the new 64IE. Adobe suggests to install an active x component also.
Cheers!

Hi,
I have a newly installed NVIDIA 3D system that works really well now with the latest drivers playing Blu-ray 3D movies etc. When I typed in the URL that links the NVIDIA stereoscopic 3D player to the site of one of your movies it fails, then informs me that a codec is missing. Any ideas as I’m dying to watch the amazing videos on offer at you excellent site.
Best wishes, Colin.

Hi Colin,
Thank you for your nice e-mail!
We have the Nvidia 3D system also and it plays fine.
To see it in polarized 3D do the following:
Go to this link:
http://3dmovies.com/3dm4/?p=408
Click on the picture of the bird.
Windows will ask which player you want to open the file with.
Use the stereoscopic player from 3dtv.at. It’s much superior to that of Nvidia’s.
Make sure the player is in Full screen mode or the 3D mode from Nvidia will not work.
The Flash files we have on the site play on any 3D capable tv’s fine and in perfect 3D. If you own a 3D ready tv you can see everything in our site in Breathtaking 3D! No Nvidia needed!
I hope this answers completely your concern,
Veronica,

On your Q&A section it states the following:
The Flash files we have on the site play on any 3D capable tv?s fine and in perfect 3D. If you own a 3D ready tv you can see everything in our site in Breathtaking 3D! No Nvidia needed!
How do I get the Flash files for use on my TV? I have tried every trick I know and have come up with nothing.
Thanks,
Bob

Bob,
Is your tv 3d ready? Is it set to side-by-side 3D stereoscopic mode?
Did you MAXIMIZE the flash player? The way 3d tv’s work (and Nvidia) is Only if the player is in Full Screen mode. Then you will see it in 3D full color. This is the only mode we support now. We are working on a player that will support every mode possible.
